The Middle East’s leading process safety summit is back and this year we will bring more regional and international case studies and best-practices than ever before! IQPC is proud to announce the 3rd Annual Process Safety Management Summit, taking place from 18 – 21 September 2011 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Process Safety Management (PSM) is being implemented in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries across the MENA region to ensure risk control and prevent hazardous accidents. Major accidents are rarely caused by a singular component failure but are a result of multiple process errors. Ensuring all critical risks are mitigated, PSM looks at process design through to implementation. PSM audits analyse where improvements can be made and review incident investigations. PSM also addresses core areas such as mechanical integrity, equipment optimisation, cost-efficiency and quality control through optimisation of processes.

This industry led event will bring together regional and international Process Safety, HSE, Technical and Operations Managers to discuss the latest challenges and developments in process safety management, providing unique case studies and the opportunity for industry benchmarking.
